How To Install librostlab3 on Ubuntu 18.04

librostlab3 is:
This library was developed by the Rost Lab. The lab’s research is driven by a conviction that protein and DNA sequences encode a significant core of information about the ultimate structure and function of genetic material and its gene products.
The library provides the following facilities:
- current working directory resource
- exception with stack backtrace
- file lock resource
- passwd and group structures for C++
- effective uid and gid resource
- rostlab::bio::seq class with stream input operator for FASTA format
- umask resource
This package contains the shared library.
There are three methods to install librostlab3 on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install librostlab3 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install librostlab3 using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install librostlab3

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install librostlab3 using apt by running the following command:

Install librostlab3 Using aptitude
