How To Install libreoffice-dev on Debian 9

What is libreoffice-dev
libreoffice-dev is:
LibreOffice is a full-featured office productivity suite that provides a near drop-in replacement for Microsoft(R) Office.
This package contains the (architecture-dependent) files needed to build plugins/add-ons for LibreOffice (build tools, libraries, arch-dependent includes, …).
It also contains the gengal and ui-previewer utilities.
There are three methods to install libreoffice-dev on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

To uninstall only the libreoffice-dev package we can use the following command:
