How To Install librbd-dev on Debian 10

What is librbd-dev
librbd-dev is:
RBD is a block device striped across multiple distributed objects in RADOS, a reliable, autonomic distributed object storage cluster developed as part of the Ceph distributed storage system. This is a shared library allowing applications to manage these block devices.
This package contains development files needed for building applications that link against librbd1.
There are three methods to install librbd-dev on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install librbd-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install librbd-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install librbd-dev

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

After updating apt database, We can install librbd-dev using apt by running the following command:
