How To Install libratbag-tools on Kali Linux

What is libratbag-tools
libratbag-tools is:
This package used to provide lur-command and ratbag-command. lur-command is now packaged in its own package, and ratbag-command has been replaced by ratbagd’s ratbagctl.
This package can safely be removed.
There are three methods to install libratbag-tools on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
