How To Install librasterlite2-dev on Kali Linux

What is librasterlite2-dev
librasterlite2-dev is:
librasterlite2 is an open source library that stores and retrieves huge raster coverages using a SpatiaLite DBMS.
It is intended to completely replace and supersede librasterlite. The two projects are completely unrelated: the unique similarity between both is just in covering the same identical application area.
This package contains development files.
There are three methods to install librasterlite2-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install librasterlite2-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
