How To Install libqxp-tools on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libqxp-tools
libqxp-tools is:
libqxp is a library and a set of tools for reading and converting QuarkXPress file format. It supports versions 3.1-4.1 currently.
This package contains the qxp2raw, qxp2svg and qxp2text tools.
There are three methods to install libqxp-tools on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
