How To Install libqcow-utils on Debian 12

What is libqcow-utils
libqcow-utils is:
libqcow is a library to access the QEMU Copy-On-Write (QCOW) image format.
This package contains tools to access data stored in QCOW files: qcowinfo, qcowmount.
There are three methods to install libqcow-utils on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
