How To Install libpxp-ocaml-dev on Kali Linux

What is libpxp-ocaml-dev
libpxp-ocaml-dev is:
PXP is a validating parser for XML-1.0 which has been written entirely in Objective Caml.
PXP is the new name of the parser formerly known as “Markup”. PXP means “Polymorphic XML parser” and emphasizes its most useful property: that the API is polymorphic and can be configured such that different objects are used to store different types of elements.
There are three methods to install libpxp-ocaml-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libpxp-ocaml-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libpxp-ocaml-dev using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libpxp-ocaml-dev using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libpxp-ocaml-devHow To Uninstall libpxp-ocaml-dev on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the libpxp-ocaml-dev package we can use the following command:

To uninstall libpxp-ocaml-dev and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:

To remove libpxp-ocaml-dev configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libpxp-ocaml-devRemove libpxp-ocaml-dev configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libpxp-ocaml-dev configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge libpxp-ocaml-devDependencies
