How To Install libpulse-ocaml on Kali Linux

What is libpulse-ocaml
libpulse-ocaml is:
This package provied an interface to the PulseAudio sound server for OCaml programmers.
PulseAudio, previously known as Polypaudio, is a sound server for POSIX and WIN32 systems. It is a drop in replacement for the ESD sound server with much better latency, mixing/re-sampling quality and overall architecture.
This package contains only the shared runtime stub libraries.
There are three methods to install libpulse-ocaml on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libpulse-ocaml Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libpulse-ocaml using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libpulse-ocamlInstall libpulse-ocaml Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libpulse-ocaml using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install libpulse-ocamlInstall libpulse-ocaml Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libpulse-ocaml using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libpulse-ocamlHow To Uninstall libpulse-ocaml on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the libpulse-ocaml package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libpulse-ocamlUninstall libpulse-ocaml And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libpulse-ocaml and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libpulse-ocamlRemove libpulse-ocaml Configurations and Data
To remove libpulse-ocaml configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libpulse-ocamlRemove libpulse-ocaml configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libpulse-ocaml configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge libpulse-ocamlDependencies
