How To Install libpulse-jni on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libpulse-jni
libpulse-jni is:
IcedTea implementation of javax.sound.sampled.spi.MixerProvider using PulseAudio as a mixer.
This package contains the architecture specific Java native interface part.
There are three methods to install libpulse-jni on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
