How To Install libpsm2-dev on Ubuntu 22.04

What is libpsm2-dev
libpsm2-dev is:
PSM2 is Intel’s low-level user-space communications interface for the Intel(R) OPA family of products. PSM2 users are enabled with mechanisms necessary to implement higher level communications interfaces in parallel environments. This package contains the development headers for Intel PSM2 library.
There are three methods to install libpsm2-dev
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get

Install libpsm2-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libpsm2-dev
using apt-get

sudo apt-get -y install libpsm2-dev

Update apt database with apt
using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install libpsm2-dev
using apt
by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install libpsm2-dev
Install libpsm2-dev Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libpsm2-dev
using aptitude

sudo aptitude -y install libpsm2-dev
How To Uninstall libpsm2-dev on Ubuntu 22.04
To uninstall only the libpsm2-dev
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libpsm2-dev
Uninstall libpsm2-dev And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libpsm2-dev
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 22.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libpsm2-dev
Remove libpsm2-dev Configurations and Data
To remove libpsm2-dev
configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libpsm2-dev
Remove libpsm2-dev configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libpsm2-dev
