What is libpsm2-compat
Support for MPIs linked with PSM1. The compat library is installed in a non-standard directory to avoid conflicting with infinipath-psm. To use it, set LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib64/psm2-compat
We can use yum
or dnf
to install libpsm2-compat
on CentOS 7. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install libpsm2-compat.
Install libpsm2-compat on CentOS 7 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
After updating yum database, We can install libpsm2-compat
using yum
by running the following command:

If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first.
