How To Install libproxychains-dev on Debian 12

What is libproxychains-dev
libproxychains-dev is:
Proxy chains force any tcp connection made by any given tcp client to follow through proxy (or proxy chain). It is a kind of proxifier. It acts like sockscap / premeo / eborder driver ( intercepts TCP calls )

This package contains development header files for the shared library used by proxychains.
There are three methods to install libproxychains-dev
on Debian 12. We can use apt-get
