How To Install libportsmf-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

Portsmf is “Port Standard MIDI File”, a cross-platform, C++ library for reading and writing Standard MIDI Files.

- conversion to/from binary buffers for archiving, undo/redo, etc.
This package contains the development files.
There are three methods to install libportsmf-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
