How To Install libpomp-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

OPARI is a source-to-source translation tool which automatically adds all necessary calls to the pomp runtime measurement library which allows one to collect runtime performance data of Fortran, C, or C++ OpenMP applications.
This package contains the development files.
There are three methods to install libpomp-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libpomp-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
