What is libpmem-devel
The libpmem provides low level persistent memory support. In particular, support for the persistent memory instructions for flushing changes to pmem is provided. Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install libpmem-devel using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install libpmem-devel
Install libpmem-devel on AlmaLinux 8 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install libpmem-devel using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install libpmem-devel
How To Uninstall libpmem-devel on AlmaLinux 8
To uninstall only the libpmem-devel package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove libpmem-devel
