How To Install libpisock-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

In this tutorial we learn how to install libpisock-dev on Ubuntu 18.04.
What is libpisock-dev
libpisock-dev is:
libpisock-dev contains static libraries, header files and dynamic libraries for compiling applications that communicate with a PalmOS device.
You will need this package if you want to compile a C or C++ using libpisock9 or libpisync1.
There are three methods to install libpisock-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
