How To Install libpinyin-utils on Kali Linux

What is libpinyin-utils
libpinyin-utils is:
libpinyin is a set of core algorithms designed for intelligent sentence-based Chinese PinYin input methods.
This package provides the utilities for manipulating dict files.
There are three methods to install libpinyin-utils on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libpinyin-utils Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
