How To Install libpfqueue-dev on Kali Linux

What is libpfqueue-dev
libpfqueue-dev is:
pfqueue is a queue manager for different MTAs (currently postfix and exim), allowing to delete, hold, release, or requeue messages.
This package contains the development files.
There are three methods to install libpfqueue-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libpfqueue-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
