What is libpbdata

libpbdata is:

Blasr_libcpp is a library used by blasr and other executables such as samtoh5, loadPulses for analyzing PacBio sequences. This library contains three sub-libraries, including pbdata, hdf and alignment.

This package contains the pbdata sublibrary.

There are three methods to install libpbdata on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install libpbdata Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install libpbdata using apt-get by running the following command:
