How To Install libpath-utils-dev on Kali Linux

What is libpath-utils-dev
libpath-utils-dev is:
Utility functions to manipulate filesystem pathnames. Development files.
This package is part of the ding-libs, libraries that are required for the proper functioning of SSSD, the System Security Services Daemon.
There are three methods to install libpath-utils-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libpath-utils-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
