How To Install libparmetis-dev on Kali Linux

What is libparmetis-dev
libparmetis-dev is:
ParMetis computes minimal-cut partitions of graphs and meshes in parallel, and orders variables for minimal fill when using direct solvers for sparse matrices. It does all this in parallel, and also can efficiently re-partition a graph or mesh whose connectivity has changed.
This package contains files needed to develop programs using ParMetis.
There are three methods to install libparmetis-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libparmetis-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libparmetis-dev using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
