How To Install libpaps-dev on Debian 11

What is libpaps-dev
libpaps-dev is:
Paps reads a UTF-8 encoded file and generates a PostScript language rendering of the file. The rendering is done by creating outline curves through the pango ft2 backend.
This package contains the development files that are necessary to develop applications using paps API.
There are three methods to install libpaps-dev on Debian 11. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
