How To Install libpam-nufw on Debian 9

What is libpam-nufw
libpam-nufw is:
NuFW is an authenticating firewall based on netfilter’s NFQUEUE target. It allows one to write filtering rules based on user identity, in addition to classical network criteria. This package contains a PAM module to transparently authenticate to the NuFW authentication daemon. It uses the login and password to start a NuFW client, for the duration of the session.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libpam-nufw using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libpam-nufw
How To Uninstall libpam-nufw on Debian 9
To uninstall only the libpam-nufw package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libpam-nufw
Uninstall libpam-nufw And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libpam-nufw and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 9, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libpam-nufw
Remove libpam-nufw Configurations and Data
To remove libpam-nufw configuration and data from Debian 9 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libpam-nufw
