liborbit2 is:

CORBA (Common Object Request Broker Architecture) is an architecture that enables program objects to communicate, sending requests and receiving replies, between different applications, regardless of their programming language, operating system or network location.

This package contains extra run-time libraries needed by some applications that communicate with each other using the ORBit2 implementation of CORBA.

There are three methods to install liborbit2 on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install liborbit2 Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
