How To Install libopensm9 on Debian 11

OpenSM provides an implementation of an InfiniBand Subnet Manager (SM) and Administrator (SA). One Subnet Manager is required to run on each InfiniBand subnet in order to initialize the InfiniBand hardware.
There are three methods to install libopensm9 on Debian 11. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
