How To Install libopensm8 on Debian 10

What is libopensm8
libopensm8 is:
OpenSM provides an implementation of an InfiniBand Subnet Manager (SM) and Administrator (SA). One Subnet Manager is required to run on each InfiniBand subnet in order to initialize the InfiniBand hardware.
There are three methods to install libopensm8 on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libopensm8 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libopensm8 using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libopensm8

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install libopensm8 using apt by running the following command:

Install libopensm8 Using aptitude
