What is libopenblas0
libopenblas0 is:
OpenBLAS is an optimized BLAS library based on GotoBLAS2 1.13 BSD version.
Unlike Atlas, OpenBLAS provides a multiple architecture library.

There are three methods to install libopenblas0 on Debian 11. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libopenblas0 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libopenblas0 using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libopenblas0

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
