How To Install libopenaptx-dev on Kali Linux

What is libopenaptx-dev
libopenaptx-dev is:
Support for aptX and aptX HD?codec variants; they both operate on raw 24-bit signed stereo audio sample; at 6:1 fixed compress ratio for aptX; at 4:1 fixed compress ratio for aptX HD.
This package contains the development headers.
There are three methods to install libopenaptx-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
