How To Install libolm2 on Debian 10

What is libolm2
libolm2 is:
Olm is an implementation of the Double Ratchet cryptographic ratchet described by https://whispersystems.org/docs/specifications/doubleratchet/, written in C and C++11 and exposed as a C API.
This library also includes an implementation of the Megolm cryptographic ratchet which is intended for encrypted messaging applications where there may be a large number of recipients of each message, thus precluding the use of peer-to-peer encryption systems such as Olm.
Megolm is the end-to-end encryption system for the Matrix communications protocol.
There are three methods to install libolm2 on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libolm2 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libolm2 using apt-get by running the following command:
