How To Install liboath0 on Ubuntu 18.04

What is liboath0
liboath0 is:
The OATH Toolkit makes it easy to build one-time password authentication systems. It contains shared libraries, command line tools and a PAM module. Supported technologies include the event-based HOTP algorithm (RFC4226) and the time-based TOTP algorithm (RFC6238). OATH stands for Open AuTHentication, which is the organization that specify the algorithms. For managing secret key files, the Portable Symmetric Key Container (PSKC) format described in RFC6030 is supported.
This package includes the Liboath shared library that is used by applications. You normally don’t need to install it manually.
There are three methods to install liboath0 on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install liboath0 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install liboath0 using apt-get by running the following command:
