How To Install liboath0 on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install liboath0 on Kali Linux.
What is liboath0
liboath0 is:
OATH Toolkit provide components to build one-time password authentication systems. It contains shared C libraries, command line tools and a PAM module. Supported technologies include the event-based HOTP algorithm (RFC 4226), the time-based TOTP algorithm (RFC 6238), and Portable Symmetric Key Container (PSKC, RFC 6030) to manage secret key data. OATH stands for Open AuTHentication, which is the organization that specify the algorithms.
This package includes the Liboath shared library that is used by applications. You normally don’t need to install it manually.
There are three methods to install liboath0 on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install liboath0 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install liboath0 using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install liboath0Install liboath0 Using apt
