How To Install liboasis3-doc on Kali Linux

What is liboasis3-doc
liboasis3-doc is:
OASIS3-MCT is a library for exchanging via MPI fields between components of climate models, such as atmosphere and ocean models. In addition, OASIS can perform interpolation between different grids used by the components, via the SCRIP library.
This package contains example models and sources for the OASIS3 coupler.
There are three methods to install liboasis3-doc on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
