How To Install libnspr4-dev on Kali Linux

What is libnspr4-dev
libnspr4-dev is:
This library provides platform independent non-GUI operating system facilities including:
- threads,
- thread synchronisation,
- normal file I/O and network I/O,
- interval timing and calendar time,
- basic memory management (malloc and free),
- shared library linking.
Install this package if you wish to develop your own programs using the NetScape Portable Runtime library.
There are three methods to install libnspr4-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libnspr4-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
