How To Install libnifti2-dev on Kali Linux

What is libnifti2-dev
libnifti2-dev is:
Niftilib is a set of i/o libraries for reading and writing files in the NIfTI-1 data format. NIfTI-1 is a binary file format for storing medical image data, e.g. magnetic resonance image (MRI) and functional MRI (fMRI) brain images.
This package provides the header files and static libraries of libnifti2.
There are three methods to install libnifti2-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libnifti2-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libnifti2-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libnifti2-devInstall libnifti2-dev Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libnifti2-dev using apt by running the following command:

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
