How To Install libnice-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

Nice is an implementation of the IETF’s draft Interactive Connectivity Establishment standard (ICE). ICE is useful for applications that want to establish peer-to-peer UDP data streams. It automates the process of traversing NATs and provides security against some attacks.

There are three methods to install libnice-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
