How To Install libnetcf-dev on Kali Linux

What is libnetcf-dev
libnetcf-dev is:
Netcf is a library used to modify the network configuration of a system. Network configurations are expressed in a platform-independent XML format, which netcf translates into changes to the system’s ’native’ network configuration files.
This package contains all the files that are needed to build applications using netcf.
There are three methods to install libnetcf-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libnetcf-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
