How To Install libnative-platform-jni on Ubuntu 22.04

What is libnative-platform-jni
libnative-platform-jni is:
A collection of cross-platform Java APIs for various native APIs. Supports OS X, Linux, Solaris and Windows.

This package contains the java JNI library.
