How To Install libmpack-dev on Debian 10

What is libmpack-dev
libmpack-dev is:
libmpack is a small binary serialization/RPC library that implements both the msgpack and msgpack-rpc specifications.

There are three methods to install libmpack-dev
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get
