How To Install libmoe-dev on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install libmoe-dev on Kali Linux.
What is libmoe-dev
libmoe-dev is:
libmoe is a collection of routines to handle sequence of characters consisting of multiple octets. The main functionalities are to convert the encoding of a character from ISO 2022 to “fake” UTF-8, and vice versa.
This development package contains include files for the interface. It includes also a static lib for particular cases.
There are three methods to install libmoe-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libmoe-dev Using apt-get
