How To Install libmodplug-dev on Kali Linux

What is libmodplug-dev
libmodplug-dev is:
Module files (MOD music, tracker music) are a family of music file formats originating from the MOD file format on Amiga systems used in late 1980s.
This package contains the header files and .so symlinks required to compile code against libmodplug, a library based on the mod rendering code from ModPlug, a popular Windows mod player written by Olivier Lapicque, found at http://www.modplug.com.
There are three methods to install libmodplug-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libmodplug-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libmodplug-dev using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
