How To Install libmodbus5 on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libmodbus5
libmodbus5 is:
A Modbus library written in C, to send/receive data with a device which respects the Modbus protocol. This library can use a serial port or an Ethernet connection.

There are three methods to install libmodbus5 on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libmodbus5 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
