How To Install libmm-glib-dev on Kali Linux

What is libmm-glib-dev
libmm-glib-dev is:
ModemManager is a DBus-activated daemon which controls mobile broadband (2G/3G/4G) devices and connections. Whether built-in devices, USB dongles, Bluetooth-paired telephones or professional RS232/USB devices with external power supplies, ModemManager is able to prepare and configure the modems and setup connections with them.
This package contains development files and Vala bindings to use when writing applications that interface with ModemManager.
There are three methods to install libmm-glib-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
