How To Install libminimap-dev on Kali Linux

What is libminimap-dev
libminimap-dev is:
Minimap is an experimental tool to efficiently find multiple approximate mapping positions between two sets of long sequences, such as between DNA reads and reference genomes, between genomes and between long noisy reads.
This package contains the C library headers for using minimap in custom tools, along with a static library.
There are three methods to install libminimap-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libminimap-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libminimap-dev using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
