How To Install libmama-doc on Ubuntu 20.04

This package provides the API documentation for OpenMAMA C, C++ and Java.
There are three methods to install libmama-doc on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
