How To Install libmagics++-dev on Debian 9

What is libmagics++-dev
libmagics++-dev is:
Magics++ is the latest generation of the ECMWF’s Meteorological plotting software MAGICS. Although completely redesigned in C++, it is intended to be as backwards-compatible as possible with the Fortran interface. Besides its programming interfaces (Fortran and C), Magics++ offers MagML, a plot description language based on XML aimed at automatic web production.
This package includes the header files and static libraries needed to build against libmagics++.

Install libmagics++-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libmagics++-dev
using apt-get

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.

After updating apt database, We can install libmagics++-dev
using aptitude

How To Uninstall libmagics++-dev on Debian 9
To uninstall only the libmagics++-dev
