How To Install libmad0-dev on Kali Linux

What is libmad0-dev
libmad0-dev is:
MAD is an MPEG audio decoder. It currently only supports the MPEG 1 standard, but fully implements all three audio layers (Layer I, Layer II, and Layer III, the latter often colloquially known as MP3.)
This is the package you need to develop or compile applications that use MAD.
There are three methods to install libmad0-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libmad0-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
