How To Install liblouis-dev on Kali Linux

What is liblouis-dev
liblouis-dev is:
Liblouis is a braille translator and back-translator. It features support for computer and literary braille, supports contracted and uncontracted translation for many languages and has support for hyphenation. Liblouis also supports math braille (Nemeth and Marburg).
This package contains static libraries and development headers.
There are three methods to install liblouis-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install liblouis-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
