How To Install liblingot-dev on Kali Linux

What is liblingot-dev
liblingot-dev is:
Lingot is a musical instrument tuner. It’s accurate, easy to use, and highly configurable. Originally conceived to tune electric guitars, it can now be used to tune any instrument.
This package provides developers of similar tools with the sound processing parts. For now, the interface is experimental.
There are three methods to install liblingot-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install liblingot-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
