How To Install libkutils4 on Ubuntu 18.04

This library has been split into libkcmutils4, libkprintutils4, libkidletime4 and libkemoticons4. This binary is provided to keep binary compatibility with software that was compiled against it. New software should not link against this library.
This package is part of the KDE Development Platform libraries module.
There are three methods to install libkutils4 on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
